Ninguin Kaizer Designs is a group of 9 people who love to bring people closer in the world of all things “Nerd.”
From Card Games to Video Games, from little known fandoms to huge fandoms alike, we love it all. We do commission works for various things, if there is one that doesn’t know how to get what you want, you are almost guaranteed another one does. From traditional Art to Digital Art and handmade crafts such as mini sculptures and dolls we have a wide range of talents to suit your custom needs.
We have a published book called “Forces of the Divine” currently vol. 1 and working on 2. Our biggest aspiration for our future is to get into Video Game Design and possibly Animated Shorts.

Thank you so much to all our amazing vendors and artists! Booth space at AMA-CON sold out in record time this year. To try to accommodate all the requests we’ve received we’re opening up additional spaces in the Heritage Room for vendors or artists who would still like to be part of AMA-CON. The Heritage Room is the site for Panels & Presentations, Children’s Activities, the Viewing Room, and the first ever AMA-CON Art Show–so it will be a great place to be. Booth rental for these spaces is $150. If you are interested, please contact Amanda Hope Shelburne at Amanda.Shelburne@amarillolibrary.org.
Come join the nerd side! We’re from right here in Amarillo providing you with the best treats, sweets, and drinks from Japan along with all your favorite anime, gaming, and nerd gear and collectibles!
Kristin “CrystalKittyCat” Vinson has been creating anything from art to jewelry to clothing for most of her life. A lover of random bits of the past, she sought to bring those influences to the present while putting her own twist upon them! Creating her own works including clothing pieces, one of a kind jewelry, and even woodburned iPhone cases, she has recently expanded Faire Treasures to include corsets, Steampunk styled shoes, and previously loved items.

Carrie Wink is the co-owner of Athena’s wink. She designs cute, geeky things with her crew of quirky ladies. They are based in New York City and travel around the country selling at video game, anime, and nerd culture conventions. Carrie has been making hats, flasks and other items for the last decade. She also makes costumes in her spare time for herself, theater, and for indie productions.
The mission of Athena’s Wink is to continue to deliver high quality apparel and fashion accessories with a strong geek influence. In a time when anime, video games, comic books and other previously niche entertainment is flourishing, we’ve found that audiences are calling out for ways to express their love for these properties, made by people who obviously share that love.
Henry Melton is science fiction writer pursuing the independent publishing course under his imprint Wire Rim Books. With over twenty titles, many award-winning, ranging from a light children’s book to world catastrophe novels, he is growing a a fan base the old fashioned way, meeting people face to face at a growing number of book events, science fiction conventions and popular media events.
Henry has been writing science fiction for the magazines and anthologies since the 70s but during the past decade or so, has been concentrating on novels under his own imprint. As a dedicated traveler, he has all the states, most of Canada, as well as a few visits to Europe and Africa to draw on. Often inspired by the places he visits, a number of his books fall under the Small Towns Big Ideas umbrella. These young adult novels typically feature a high school aged protagonist who encounters something out of the ordinary, and is forced to solve the problem.
Starting in 2011, Henry began a large scale effort The Project Saga. Begun first as short stories back in the 70s, this shared history tale currently includes half a dozen novels and one hybrid novel that includes all the short stories previously published embedded in a new story line. It is only half done, but begins with Star Time, the current day starting point, which branches off into Tales of the Recovery of Earth and separately, the U’tanse Series, revealing a new fragment of humanity born as slaves on another planet, but gifted with extraordinary talents.
